Over the years, I’ve designed and led the development of web-based trainings, instructor-led programs, toolkits, job aids, and multimedia content—always with a focus on clarity, engagement, and measurable impact. I love the creative side of learning design, but I’m equally driven by data-informed decision-making and AI-powered efficiency.
